Initiate a Return Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return warehouse address.
Pack and Ship the Product
Securely package the device in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
